STAR
Star is a very pretty chestnut mare with a long white star and flaxen mane
& tail. She was badly beaten. Whereas some ponies have their spirit broken
by such cruelty Star had become vicious and would attack. She has however
adjusted well, and can now be handled. She cannot however be trusted, she
has bad memories that can trigger a personality change in the blink of an
eye.
BJ
Black Jack is a jet black Shetland pony. He has never been hurt or abused and
he is a real gentleman. Children love BJ his gentle nature small size and thick
fluffy coat make him special to them. He is very playful and gets on well with
all the other Horses & Ponies at the Centre. BJ is a bit of a mischief and
always in the middle of any fun & games and often in trouble. He likes to
swim in the pond and often takes a dip in warm weather.
HARLEY
Harlequin was taken from her mum at just four month of age. As a foal she
was a Roan Skewbald. However as she has matured her coat has changed and now
she is a wonderful Marbled Appaloosa. When she first arrived she had never
been handled and was wild. She has a very nice nature and is very proud and
mischievous. She shares her stable with Star2 and they are always together.
